Sandham Gardens

Heritage GB have entered into a leasehold agreement with Isle of Wight and Sandown Town Councils to take over the management of Sandham Park (other than the Bowls Club, the free children’s playground areas and the Bandstand) for the next 50 years. This will include seasonal maintenance, such as grass cutting, tending flowering beds, clearing litter etc. to investing in major attractions to kick start the regeneration of Sandown Bay.

HGB have also invested in key Park facilities in this, their first financial year, in the refurbishment of the toilet block and refreshment kiosk and improved drainage in addition to their regular maintenance regime.

Heritage GB have invested upwards of £1.5m thus far in their new Go-Kart Racing Track, new Dino Adventure Crazy Golf Course, new Beach Huts, New High Nets Palace and in improving general maintenance of the Park, its facilities and general safety of the public.

RPA are proud to have been key players in achieving detail planning permissions for all these items and in their on-going relationship with one of the key providers of Leisure Attractions in the UK
