The house is designed around a split level at ground floor, to raise the lounge sufficiently to see over the neighbouring sea wall.  There are 5 bedrooms above this over a total of three storeys, going right  into the roof space.  The site is a tight infill plot with less than half a metre to spare either side.

 

The project is currently under construction having been delayed due to concerns of disturbance to feeding birds and to neighbour’s letting season over the summer period.  Completion is expected in March 2020.
