Sans Souci Havenstreet

The site lies at the heart of the small village of Havenstreet and was developed for the Billings Group, providing 12 new houses, of which 4 were affordable. The scheme was designed around a new village green providing access across previous wasteland to the Grade II listed church of St Peters and its churchyard.

The housing was designed in the traditional rural West Sussex style, with tile hanging, clay tiled roofs, dormers and red brickwork. The houses, completed in 2016 proved very popular and sold quickly.
